Two ways in.

A BNB wallet is enough to trade, launch and harvest. A shielded key adds a private place for the BNB you harvest, claim or receive.

Start with your BNB wallet

  1. 1
Get a wallet on BNB Smart Chain testnet

MetaMask, Rabby or Binance Wallet. This site runs on BNB Smart Chain testnet (chain id 97): connecting adds the network, and test BNB for gas comes from the faucet at https://www.bnbchain.org/en/testnet-faucet. Nothing here has real value.

  2. 2
    Connect

Use the Connect wallet button at the top right. zkBNB only ever asks you to sign the transactions you start.

  3. 3
Pick a coin or launch one

Coins on the curve are bought and sold from the Launchpad; graduated coins trade on PancakeSwap. Both charge the same 2.00% fee.

  4. 4
    Watch the roots

0.50% of every trade is saved as BNB in the coin's roots. Burn coins any time to harvest your share. The ratio only ever rises.

  5. 5
    Claim holder rewards

If the deployer chose Holders, 0.80% pools up and the keeper posts a snapshot. Claim to your wallet, or into the shielded pool.

Start with a shielded key

  1. 1
    Derive your shielded key

On Move BNB, sign the message “zkBNB shielded key v1” once. The key is derived from the signature and never leaves your browser. Sign the same message in the same wallet to get it back.

  2. 2
    Share your zkbnb1… address

Anyone can send you BNB privately. Causes publish theirs so donation rings can pay them a shielded note.

  3. 3
    Harvest or claim shielded

Choose Shielded on a harvest or claim. The payout becomes a note only your key can spend. The harvest transaction itself is still public.

  4. 4
    Spend privately

Unshield to any address, or send to another zkbnb1… address. Each move needs a proof, made in your browser in under a minute.

  5. 5
    Keep your notes

Notes are rediscovered by scanning the pool; nothing is lost if you clear the cache. Blindings for contract payouts are in the DepositFor events.

What is private: the spending graph inside the pool. What is not: the transaction that paid into the pool, its amount, and the pubKey it was paid to. Read the shielded pool docs before relying on it.
