Rotate fees to others.
A cause publishes a shielded address. A ring is an ordered list of causes with an epoch. Coins that chose Donate feed their 0.80% into a ring's pot; every epoch the whole pot goes to the next cause as a shielded note. Anyone can add to a pot, give to a cause directly, or pay a cause privately from inside the pool.

Loading…When a cause has no shielded key, its payout is pushed to its fallback wallet with 50,000 gas. If that wallet refuses it (a contract that needs more gas, or reverts), the BNB waits in the contract for that address, which pulls it with withdrawPending().
Anyone can register. Give a shielded address so payouts arrive as private notes; a fallback wallet is used when there is no shielded key.
An ordered list of causes and an epoch. Rings are immutable; the order you pick is the rotation order.
